I can remember when....peeps could do all weekenders and still get to class on monday!....guess that time has passed? (I could never even do the all nighter, I need my sleep and if I dont get it I will fall asleep someplace probably not good for doing such----did so at a final art critique...feel asleep in the middle of it because I had worked thru the night, still got a good grade though!

I could never quite pull all nighters. Always ended up going to bed at like 2 or 3 in the morning. I just need my sleep I guess. My fiancee can do all nighters still though. Of course she has always been able to do them but they are starting to come back to bite her now.

sigh...temps here arent even supposed to get that high...did I miss a memo or something?

got my next set of film out to the lab, now we wait for them to process it so I can send them another...and repeat for ....a very long time.

and got the taxes mailed out as well (cost me an extra $.20 to mail this year, dang extra forms

)...but all done...now just waiting for SPRING!!!

Supposed to be 31 today... Spring certainly came in with a bang...

Well at least they are mailed out and done for now! Maybe get a refund even.

Well time for a long day at work. Parent teacher conferences tonight so I won't be home till close to 8:20 tonight. I'll leave here before 7 this morning... Go team go.

think we are going to make it into the 20's for today (single digits last night BRRRRRRR!!!). and we had a light covering of the white stuff overnight too.

Old Man Winter is suppose to take one last shot at us tonight. Anywhere from 4 to 15", depending on which network you listen to. Normal average temps to be near 60, not these low 30's.

Found an old game disc, Age of Empires II. Been kind of fun replaying that one. Getting 2 of the sons and a couple of their friends together and pulled a serious all nighter and kicking each others' butts has been fun.

I liked Civ2 also. Very good game.

2:30 am, 3 inches of the white stuff on the deck with 6 hours to go, (if they can predict that.)

Just a word of caution for any facebook users, beware of some of those shares. A very nasty virus attached to one of them. A friend of mine has lost the use of his computer because of one. MSE detected & removed part of it. Window Defender can't seem to be able to get it either. He is taking it to "the shop" Monday to see what they can do.

March Madness is driving me nutty. Too many upsets making my bracket look a mess. Lost one of my final 4 picks and came close to losing my champion pick tonight.

sports???? whadhat? been farming for ss and lb points today (and had to help hubby with his computer), so very little tv--though had the ncis marathon on in the background, actually got to see an episode I didnt remember having seen before!

facebook???? never EVER

will use it, and rarely (see never) go to any sites that are it. see no need to let everyone their brother, etc know whats going on (heck I never blogged either--nor am I a twit, heck I dont even OWN a cell phone!) gonna go and play some 45's and watch a beta tape

I have been loving it. My college was a MVC team so I'm loving that WSU upset Gonzaga, even though I had the Zags getting to the Elite 8.

Snow here too. Looks like an inch or two. Supposed to keep snowing all day and into the night...

Ya I never click on anybodies "shares" on facebook. Especially video ones. They are usually viruses or some crap I don't want.

45's, hmmm. The wife, her mom and I were window shopping a second-hand store and I stumbled across a trunk full of albums (33's) stuck in a back corner. After flipping through them for 20 minutes, I bought all (8) of the old Christmas albums for $1.00 each. After we got home, I moved the vase of flowers off the top of the stereo/turntable that has been buried in the corner of the livingroom. One album had a scratch in one song that was bad enough to skip. The rest were near pristine condition. Brought back some childhood memories as we listened to them the past couple of years.

I have a NEW turntable (still no place to put it) and a bunch of old albums I would really love to hear again---along with the old firestone christmas albums--my mom had them all, but my brother got them when she moved to a smaller apartment. So I ebayed the ones I wanted (plus a few we didnt have)....now to just get a place for that turntable------

ah the good ole days of vinyl! (much easier time of life too).

and the snow seems to have left and we have mostly sunny skies (silly weathermen).
